Our History
The vision for Operation Fire Your Enemies was given to Apostle Dr Paul Oko Hackman in 2010 during a prayer retreat on one of the highest mountains in Ghana, at Atwea Camp, founded by the Methodist Church Ghana. Held annually every August since then, it has drawn thousands to Accra for gatherings of prophetic ministry, healing, and deliverance.

Apostle Dr Paul Oko Hackman is the founder and General Overseer of the International Deliverance and Prayer Ministry Headquarters. With over three decades of ministry, he is known for apostolic teaching, prophetic insight, and a relentless passion for revival across Ghana and the nations.
His ministry has touched thousands through crusades, conferences, and a weekly television broadcast. As the host of Operation Fire, he carries a vision to see a generation fully yielded to the purposes of God.
